Price Match

We at BySymphony want to ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience and this includes offering the best prices possible. This is why if you find any item(s) on our website that is priced lower than one of our competitors, we will refund you the difference with a coupon code!

How it works:

  • Discounted items (outlet, promotional, secondhand and sale items) are not included, only full-priced items can be matched.
  • The item must be in stock on a registered competitor website at the time you claim it.
  • Only identical items can be price matched - variations such as color, brand, size and style are not accepted.
  • Only AED to AED prices can be accepted and compared to.
  • We will price match an item once you have purchased and received the delivery, within the first 30 days of your order. Price match applications cannot be processed before delivery.
  • Our Price Match is to the value of the item - as listed in the competitor's cart after selecting the matching shipping destination.

How to claim your price match:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at customercare@bysymphony.com with the details of the item(s) that you wish to price match.
  2. The claim will then be forwarded for review by our Price Match Team for the above conditions, and once it is approved, you will receive a coupon code with the difference in the matched price. The code will then be applicable on all items with no exclusions or expiry.

PRICE DIFFERENCE

If an item you purchase goes on sale within 5 days of your purchase, your item qualifies for the discounted price. Please note that the item must be in the same size and colour that was purchased. The difference between the purchase price and the sale price will be provided through a coupon code with no exclusions or expiry. Sale items with further reductions do not qualify for Price Difference.

Return conditions for Price Match & Price Difference:

Once an item has been price matched or the price difference has been provided, the item will no longer be eligible for return. 

What we mean by our competitors:

Any registered website which has a luxury brand and product collection that we believe to be comparable to the brand and product collection offered by BySymphony. For the avoidance of doubt, discount, liquidation, auction, outlet sites or websites that are undergoing closing down sales are not considered to be competitors.
